How much will it Cost?It not easy to tell you exactly how much a service call will cost, due to the many variables in problems and computers. However, refer to the Rates page for our charges. Our average service call in the past has been 1.5 hours, so for every call that lasts 2 hours, another one lasts only an hour. Take a look at our Rates, then compare our Prepaid Services, as well as our Maintenance Contracts. With a maintenance contract, if you need services beyond routine maintenance, you can pay as low as $50 per hour! Back to TopWhen is your next service call appointment ?As early as Today! Our staff has a well balanced work load, and we can normally have a technician on-site within hours of your call. If we don't have an immediate time slot that is convenient to YOU, we can set for the next day, or later in the week, to accommodate your schedule. We make every attempt to be punctual, so that an appointment can be counted on as accurate arrival time for the technician. Of course, traffic and weather conditions may cause problems, but we'll contact you to let you know of any problem encountered. Back to TopWhat type of payment do you accept ?We accept checks, and cash, but not credit cards. Our low overhead keeps us from accepting credit cards, as our profit margins are very tight! Back to TopIs the work Guaranteed ?Of course! We offer a 7 day warranty on all labor performed, and full manufacturers warranty on any parts used. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right. We are unable to offer a labor warranty beyond 7 days, as with computers it's possible to get re-infected if someone does not practice safe-computing, but we make every effort to educate the customer about safe habits.
