Regularly Scheduled Home Maintenance Visits

 

Protection plans are available to keep your home computers running at top performance, and make your computer experience worry free. You simply use your computer, we’ll take on the problems many people have to face. You are not locked in to a long term contract, and you can change plans whenever you wish.

Both plans feature regularly scheduled visits in your home to verify the function of your anti-virus protection, check on spyware issues, make sure that all updates required are being installed, and that the computer or computers are working at the fastest possible speed. We’ll check for pending problems that could cause future failures. For problems that go beyond the scope of our regular maintenance, as a contract customer you get a special reduced labor rate of up to 33% off our normal rates!

 

Plan 1- ProtectMe $25 per month, covers 1 computer

ProtectMe is perfect for the person with a single computer, that seldom has problems. Every 12 weeks our technicians visit your home, and perform maintenance and minor service on 1 computer.

 

Plan 2- MaxProtect $45 per month, covers 1 or 2 computers.

MaxProtect offers more frequent service on more computers. Every 6 weeks our technicians visit your home, and perform maintenance and minor service on up to 2 computers.

 

1 week before you are due for a Maintenance Visit, we'll call you to arrange a convenient appointment date and time, then remind you on the morning of the appointment.
