Home Service Contracts
Our
complete service package now offers prepaid, flexible In-Home
computer services, to prevent surprises when you need help with
your computers. These
prepaid hours can be used in any fashion you choose, for any
service ranging from new computer setup, networking, hardware
replacement, virus removal, printer setup and more, and can be
used for regular routine maintenance as well. The
hours never expire, and you can renew at any level you choose
when you’ve used your prepaid hours. Use these prepaid hours
over a day, week, month or year- it’s all up to you, and you
are protected from increased charges should labor rates go up!

Prepaid Service Hours- $239.99
8 Prepaid Service Hours- $459.99
Terms and Conditions: A regular
schedule of maintenance calls can be established, either on a 6 week or up to
every 3 months, and the hours can also be used for any project or problem the
customer desires. If set up on a 6 week schedule, 8 hours will last for 12
months. On a 3-month maintenance schedule, 4 hours would last 1 year. These
hours do NOT expire, nor does this mean that the scheduled maintenance will last
for 6 months or a year, as the customer can use the hours as he desires, and the
contract expires when the prepaid hours are used up. In the event of a computer
needing extensive service, a major shop-service and re-setup on site can be
covered in exchange for 3 hours of contract time. If
after confirmation, you are not able to keep your appointment,
you must contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment.
Failure to cancel a confirmed appointment will incur a $20 missed
appointment fee
